These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of miyabimatcha.com and all related services (“Service”) operated by MiyabiMatchaGroup B.V. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

1. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include Dutch VAT unless stated otherwise.
Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual packaging or colour may vary.
We may update or discontinue Products at any time without notice.

2. Orders & Contract Formation

Your order is an offer to purchase our Products.
A contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation email.

We may cancel orders for reasons including stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity. Any paid amount will be refunded.

3. Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe
PayPal

Payment is processed at checkout.
We do not store full credit card information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Current shipping region: The Netherlands only.
Carrier: PostNL
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the parcel is handed to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed matcha items.
Unopened items may be eligible for a refund only if damaged or defective upon arrival.

6. Intellectual Property
